What does it cost to hire a coach in Europe?
There is no fixed tariff: each trip is priced on vehicle size, distance, hours and date. Send us your plans and we will reply with a free quote in EUR, with no obligation.
Do you handle cross-border European tours?
Yes. Multi-country itineraries are quoted as a single trip, and we book licensed, insured operators for every leg of the route.
Which languages do your drivers speak?
Tell us which language your group needs when you request a quote, and we will ask the operator for a driver who speaks it: English, French, German, Italian or Spanish, and other languages subject to availability.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks is usually enough for a standard trip. For big events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Oktoberfest, MWC, the fashion weeks or the Christmas markets, book four to six months ahead. Same-day requests are possible when a vehicle is free.
Can you arrange cruise shore excursions?
Yes: port transfers and shore-excursion coaches at Civitavecchia, Barcelona, Piraeus, Marghera, Stockholm and Copenhagen. Give us the ship’s arrival and departure times with your quote request.
How can I pay?
In euros, by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, SEPA bank transfer or PayPal. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly in EUR with VAT-compliant receipts.
